Yes, I think that sounds easy, but the process of doing this is a bit hard. In the first place, losing an amount of money is part of the game but losing a large amount of money without risk management is the thing that will make you broke in casinos.

I think this is not so easy. The Player accepts all terms and conditions while registering so I'd say that this would be the last option how to get a portion of deposited money back. I also think that once you go through it, the number of casinos happy to let you play may be significantly decreased.

i have already won 2 court decisions and pokerstars has been finally convicted but they are not paying so the courts agreed with me and there is no more appeal from pokerstars.

My question was, can pokerstars be executed in Malta and if so how?

Sadly, this should be considered by the lawyer. I would say that the answer is no.

The licensing authority provides licenses, the Court executes its own verdicts and acts in the way of law. There's no harm if you contact the licensing authority and share your issues.
