Hi, I don't think this is the best way. The casino always has a long run advantage over the player, so trying to win what you lost doesn't make much sense in this case.
And that's why I would say the best thing to do would be to stop playing and therefore not lose any more money. That's probably the best thing I can recommend.
Of course, if you feel you need help, I think we have a pretty well written guide on responsible gambling. Check it out. It might be useful.
