I was thinking about how easy it is to end up with a bunch of casino accounts you haven’t touched in ages. Maybe you signed up for a particular game or just wanted to check out a site, then completely forgot about it. If your balance is empty and there’s nothing left to sort out, do you usually close the account or leave it open just in case? Having another unused account with your personal details sitting there feels unnecessary, but contacting support to close it is something you might never get around to. How do you handle it: do you occasionally clear out old accounts, or just unsubscribe from the emails and forget about them? If you’ve closed any, was the process straightforward?
