Do Banks/money transfer systems have responsibility

It is a fact that dishonest casinos. Couldn't it be assumed that e.g. Mastercard and Visa would follow casinos whose operations are not fair. Enables money transfers to the casino, Problems with the casino start in the withdrawal situation. In my opinion, big banks, money transmitters, e.g. Visa and Mastercard would be allowed to track which casinos they give their Logo and payment system to use.

Hi, I don't think it's as easy as it sounds. There are too many casinos where they would have to check it which I don't think would be efficient. Moreover, it is a worldwide payment method and we have to take into account that it is not only casinos that use this payment system. Of course some payment providers allow you to track money but there is a fee for that and I don't think it lasts for a while. 

I don't know if I have helped with this post, but maybe there are some other opinions that might help. Anyway, it would be a nice idea.

As a rule, payment providers get a good percentage of it, and they benefit from it
