Critical Review of Wild.io Policy: Account Disconnection and Wallet Retainment Concerns

Hello everyone in the Casino Guru community,

I am creating this new thread to discuss a highly irregular situation regarding my experience with Wild.io, specifically focusing on how the platform manages raw player deposits during relationship terminations. My account was recently restricted with a remaining balance of 452.32 USDT, which includes both my personal capital and sports wagers.

As a matter of context, my formal complaint here was closed because the platform does not evaluate sportsbook disputes. Therefore, I want to share the precise technical logs, blockchain data, and timelines directly with the community to hear your thoughts on these operating practices.

1. TRANSACTION & BALANCE DATA (BEP-20 Network):

- Deposit Amount: 298.10336806 USDT

- Personal Wallet Address: 0x1BF1c74E3FdB5E7AA6EeCc1FFc449D2271451453

- Timestamp: May 19, 2026, at 11:17 UTC

- Transaction & Wallet Proof: https://imgur.com/a/RtVE5z8

I utilized my own raw capital to place exactly three live manual sports wagers under fluctuating market conditions, with zero active bonuses or promotions:

- First Wager: 100.00 USDT (Returned: 152.00 USDT)

- Second Wager: 100.00 USDT (Returned: 150.00 USDT)

- Third Wager: 97.86 USDT (Returned: 148.74 USDT)

Total Account Balance: 452.32 USDT.

2. VIDEO KYC LANGUAGE ENFORCEMENT (Clause 13.6):

When I requested a withdrawal, a live video verification was triggered. I explicitly clarified that I am based in Turkey and communicate in Arabic/Turkish, but the team strictly enforced Clause 13.6 regarding specific language requirements.

- Video Call & Language Correspondence: https://imgur.com/a/UIfWmyi

- Platform Account Status: https://imgur.com/a/facohr6

Despite the language barrier, I fully complied with the 20-minute live identity process. I used a translation tool, repeated the required verification phrases word-for-word, and held my official physical passport next to my face to completely confirm my identity.

3. DEPOSIT SWEEPING AND LOCKOUT:

Exactly 15 minutes after finishing the live call, the platform implemented a permanent 2FA block on my profile. Crucially, they did not just void the accumulated winnings; they also retained my initial raw capital deposit of 298.10 USDT, moving it completely out of the player sub-wallet.

- Account Ban Evidence: https://imgur.com/a/TRAG3ev

- 2FA Lock Screen: https://imgur.com/a/dEIHYvO

CASE REVIEW OVERVIEW:

- AskGamblers was unable to process the case as the operator refers players directly to their regulatory body.

- CasinoGuru concluded the formal complaint due to the lack of a dedicated sports betting review branch.

CONCLUSION & DISCUSSION:

According to standard industry and licensing standards, if an operator decides to close a user's account based on betting patterns or internal policies, the initial un-bonused deposit should be returned to the player's external wallet. Retaining raw personal capital under these circumstances is highly irregular.

The public blockchain data remains completely un-falsifiable. I am seeking the full release of my 452.32 USDT balance.

Has anyone else experienced an operator withholding raw deposits after an account closure? I welcome the community's perspective on this.

filefilefileThey stole my initial deposit and profits, and I'm struggling to recover my money from this fraudulent website.

filefile It's been a whole month, even more than a month. Unfortunately, this website doesn't support sports analysis. The case (ID: 211676) has been closed. They gave me some websites to file a complaint against, but none of them responded.

I'm sorry that we couldn't be of more help in your case.

As our complaint team already explained when reviewing your complaint, your case involves sports betting, and unfortunately we don't have the expertise or the necessary insight to properly assess disputes of this nature. That's why your complaint had to be closed.

May I ask whether you submitted an official complaint to AskGamblers? If so, did they respond to it, or were they also unable to assist you with your case?

I hope you'll still be able to find a suitable authority or service that can review your case in more detail. I wish you the best of luck with resolving the matter.

Hello Jaroslav,

Thank you for your supportive words and for checking in on the status of my other submissions.

To answer your question directly: Yes, I officially filed a complaint with AskGamblers, but they rejected it. The reason they provided is that they reached the conclusion that this dispute must be forwarded directly to the relevant Gambling Authority (the licensing body), as they consider them the only competent entity to investigate structural compliance and breaches.

You can view the official rejection email I received from AskGamblers here: https://imgur.com/a/facohr6

This situation has been incredibly exhausting. This incident started back on May 19, 2026. It was a brand new account, and this was my very first deposit on their platform. Within less than an hour, they accepted my money, allowed me to play, and then immediately locked me out and pocketed both my initial raw capital deposit and my profits right after the video KYC. They even left me with a minor loss from a quick casino game roll earlier, meaning they kept everything down to the cent.

Since Casino Guru handles casino-related policy discussions and AskGamblers pushed this directly to the regulator, I am sharing everything here so players can see how raw, un-bonused deposits are treated by this operator when an account is disconnected.

Thank you again for keeping this discussion space transparent for players.

That's a serious concern if everything happened the way you described. Did Wild.io ever point to a specific section of their terms that justified disconnecting your account or retaining your wallet funds? I'd also keep screenshots of everything and ask for a written explanation, since having a clear paper trail can be really helpful if you decide to escalate the issue.

Hello @clarencelee,

Your advice about the paper trail is spot on, and they actually just sent me their formal "justification" via email, which completely exposes how they operate.

After forcing me into the 20-minute live video call and realizing they couldn't use the language barrier (Clause 13.6) to ban me because I fully complied and 100% verified my identity, they have suddenly shifted their narrative entirely.

They just officially emailed me stating that my account is permanently closed and my funds are confiscated under Clause 20.51 (Opposite betting or arbitrage betting).

This is a complete fabrication. This was a brand-new account where I made my very first deposit of 298.10 USDT and placed exactly three manual, live sports wagers. It is a mathematical and logical impossibility to conduct systematic "arbitrage or opposite betting" across three standard live bets on a single account. They provided zero evidence, zero logs, and zero proof to back this up.

They simply used the video KYC as a delaying tactic, and when that failed, they pulled a generic "arbitrage" clause out of thin air to legally justify sweeping my raw personal capital and winnings into their corporate vault.

I am updating my main post now with this evidence. Thank you again for keeping this trail active!

I'm sorry to hear that AskGamblers also wasn't able to assist you and referred you directly to the licensing authority. I can imagine this has been a long and exhausting process for you.

May I ask whether you plan to submit your case to the licensing authority now, as AskGamblers recommended? If so, I'd be interested to hear how it develops and whether they provide you with a more detailed review of your case.

Thank you again for keeping us updated and for sharing your experience with the community. I wish you the best of luck, and I hope you're eventually able to reach a satisfactory resolution.

Hello Jaroslav,

To update you and the community: Yes, I have already taken that exact step. In fact, I officially submitted my comprehensive case to the licensing authority more than a month ago, immediately after the initial lockout.

Unfortunately, I have received absolutely zero responses or updates from them so far. It feels like a complete dead end, and all official doors seem temporarily closed while Wild.io continues to hold my property. If you or the Casino Guru team would like to review the complete, unedited complaint email and submission receipts I sent to the regulator, I am more than willing to forward the full documentation to you directly.

This is exactly why public threads like this are my last resort. The casino used the video KYC as a stalling tactic, and when I 100% passed it, they pulled a fabricated "arbitrage" excuse out of thin air to illegally seize both my winnings and my initial raw deposit (298.10 USDT).

Since standard mediation websites lack a sportsbook branch, operators like Wild.io feel completely safe confiscating a player's raw financial capital without any fear of immediate accountability. If there is any way you or the platform can assist me or flag this predatory wallet retainment practice, I would be incredibly grateful.

I was scammed, and both my personal seed capital and profits were stolen in broad daylight.

I understand your position and how you feel, I’d probably feel the same way. Unfortunately, the evidence is unnecessary since I’ve already explained our position on this case.

It’s a shame the licensing department didn’t get involved, but maybe they’ll still get back to you. I know it can sometimes take longer, but I can’t say for sure if that will be the case.

I wish the whole thing had turned out differently.

Thank you, Jaroslav, for your understanding and for taking the time to reply. I completely respect Casino Guru's position and limitations regarding sports betting disputes.

My main goal in opening this thread was to share my experience transparently so that other players in the community are aware of how raw capital deposits can be handled under these circumstances.

I truly appreciate your kind wishes, and I will continue to wait for the licensing authority's response. Thank you again for keeping this space open for player discussions.

It's totally fine that you started this thread; just like you said, at least you're sharing your experience with other players so they can see it.

Good luck again.🍀
