What a shock. Another casino from the same group where Casino Guru has 'EXCLUSIVE BONUSES'. Great work CG for vetting new casinos before you affiliate like mad with them.

Gross.

If this is more your style, I suggest you try to familiarize yourself with the following information regarding recently opened casinos:

"Please keep in mind it is one of new online casinos, and it may be too early to fully evaluate its qualities and attributes. For now, we have marked it as a Fresh online casino. Keep reading our Slotobit Casino review to learn more about this casino and decide whether it is a good choice for you."

We will never list any casino bonuses if we believe a particular casino will have trouble in the future. Furthermore, trouble does not refer to sluggish or impolite assistance. Newer casinos in particular might not have had the same experiences in the beginning.

In newly opened casinos, many players choose to take a chance on novel experiences. This may be of interest to you.

Obviously, there is something troubling you, perhaps you would like to be more specific about that.

Although we can not predict the future, we do affiliate business. Can you predict the future? 🙂

If you need something, we're here for you. Good luck with the free-of-charge complaint.

Typical affiliate response. Attempted deflection and semantics. It’s ALWAYS the players fault.

You can see the troubles players are having at this group and you have no warnings, Casino still rated 7 ‘Fresh’, you know the psychological effect on a player seeing that. You know the connotations of the word ‘Fresh’.

Ive offered you an efficient, transparent way of listing new, unproven sites. If you had morals and put players first you would do this. But that’s not the business model.

No need to continue this ‘conversation’, the reality is quite clear.

👍

You seem to be so quick to draw conclusions that are overly simplified, in my opinion. Let us talk about the facts, please.

It appears that we have nothing to investigate as you have not filed a complaint against Slotobit Casino.

You will discover that there are factors influencing the Safety Index if you take the time to become acquainted with our procedures. Here comes the tab "Safety Index of Slotobit Casino explained"

We use a fairly intricate process to determine each value; to do this, player experiences are displayed in through the complaint, which, when it closes, determines whether and how the safety index of the casino will be changed.

Posts on forums cannot be given a numerical value. In other words, all information is theoretical unless we collect and look into player complaints. We are aware that there are information gaps that need to be filled, which is why the forum and user ratings are here.

It makes sense that recently opened casinos typically have a few user reviews and have not been discussed. The world is unaware of them.

Furthermore, the term "fresh" simply describes how new these casinis are. But we rejected the notion of utilizing the word "NEW." In your perspective, "fresh" is significantly worse than "new," I would say.

To be honest, I am not aware of any effective, transparent method for listing the new, untested websites you recommended. I assume it was a different discussion.

Thank you.

Since you now have your own thread, as you can see, I kindly ask that you keep all of our thoughts about how we should handle new casinos here.

Again, to be honest, I have to say that in order to offer at least helpful criticism, you should first familiarize yourself with the operation of the Safety Index.

I already explained why we can't take forum posts into the Safety Index formula The user reviews are quite similar.

We are unable to ensure that every review contains accurate information because both players and casinos are continuously attempting to post false reviews. Due to this fact, the user review rating is separate from the Safety Index, which is solely based on proven facts.

As our guides advise, therefore before deciding whether or not to play in the casino, always read user reviews to gain a sense of what other players think. You can also search for similar information on forums, visit the complaint section, and add the Safety Index.

You said "It’s ALWAYS the players fault" How about "It's always the players choice"?

If we did not care about players, as you so assiduously attempted to prove, we would not reply to your complaint or even pay attention to this conversation.

Rather, we make an effort to describe our processes.

In my opinion, you are not satisfied with Casino Guru's actions, and we are not pleased to address your presumptions, charges, and other feelings on our own forum. In general, we were very understanding of your tone and gave clear explanations of everything. Thus, I believe it is appropriate to state that your bad energy is not appreciated here. We do not have time to go over everything again with you.

Either quit blaming us for something unproven, or leave this forum. Should you fail to do so, you will be banned from the forum.

It's up to you.

I saw the post by Chazza44. It was in no way abusive. She just disagreed with Casinoguru Radka and the women didn't like it.

This group should not be listed on Casinoguru. They are taking deposits but just ignoring players.

How do you know what the player wrote ? We tried several times to explain certain things and it had no effect. So please stay away from the same stuff so you don't get restricted from the forum.

Do not threaten me.

Her messages were viewable.

I will speak about what I want in line with the terms. The lady Radka seems to have an aggressive attitude on the forum and I think she enjoys banning people who do not agree with her.

In my opinion Casinoguru's attitude to posting 'Fresh Casinos' is pretty reckless and if it was changed to be more transparent it would stop players losing money. Does that opinion mean I get banned now?

Interesting that you have the same name as the player who was restricted from the forum and also that you express the same opinion ?

Radka did exactly what was necessary, because there is a big difference between objectivity and subjectivity. It's not whether we agree with something or not, it's how it's enforced. Once it's explained to you that we have some procedures that we follow, someone else's idea is not necessarily a bad one. But if players think that everything will be applied according to them, they can set up their own page and do it their way.

Also, players who have at least a little bit of common sense will look at enough information about where they deposit their money. When a casino is fresh and with it comes the risk of it being new, I won't deposit a lot of money there and I'll find out everything I need to beforehand. If someone can't do that, then they may pay for it unnecessarily.

I think I would close this one and I have nothing more to say about it.

It's never CG's fault. They will indirectly blame players as the guy has above 'players who have at least a little bit of common sense' So unprofessional.

Scatterhall, Cazwin, Caz4u etc etc. SOOOO many times 'FRESH' casinos have stung players here. They will always rate new casinos as 'FRESH' and give them a rating of '7'. They know the effect this has on a gambler. There are other sites out there that put 'WARNING' for new casinos or 'NOT THE BEST CHOICE'. I would advise players to go there if they don't like the way CG do things, they wont change

Remember, CG are, at the end of day, affiliates.

I imagine I will get banned for this.

I'll start from the end: No, there's no reason to ban you for this post. On the other hand, I'd be more careful with your other posts on this forum...

But speaking about the issue with FRESH casinos, I think I get the point. You (and some others) don't like the fact that when the casino is new, we assign them a decent rating. On the other hand, we have no reason for assigning them a bad rating when they did nothing wrong (so far), they're not part of a bad group (that has a negative effect on a fresh casino's rating as well) and they don't use some silly terms and conditions that could be used against players.

I believe it should be clear enough to the players that the FRESH casino means it's new so nobody has enough information and data about them. Then we collect the data we can find, put them together and publish the initial review. FRESH casino doesn't mean it's recommended by Casino Guru. It only means the casino is new.

I remember Scatterhall and their little brother Spinpirate. They seemed to be great at the beginning. They communicated with players, the reacted to the complaints. They did everything a new casino should do. And then (I have no idea what happened), it turned into a huge scam. But that's not something we could predict. It's only something we can react to by decreasing their safety index which we did.

Remember, CG are, at the end of day, affiliates.

Then you should also remember that we have 15+ full time Complaint team employees that get paid with the money we earn through affiliate commissions. Those employees are there only to help players with their complaints against casinos. Even though some players aren't satisfied with the results, others are grateful for our help. You also should remember that we provide this service free of charge.
