Chargeback anyone been successful?

Hi, I am looking to see if anyone has been successful in receiving a chargeback? I take full responsibility for gambling and I authorised the transaction. However, I requested 8 times to self exclude - stating my addiction as the reason. They emailed offering me bonuses to stay. However, it’s an unlicensed , international site. I believe they haven’t provided the services they advertised- on their terms and conditions it talks about responsible gambling and closing of accounts of anyone who shows signs of addiction. Surely this is a breach. I am only disputing the transactions after my first self exclusion request. Is it possible?

I haven’t gone through it myself, but I’ve seen people have some success when they could show clear proof of self-exclusion requests being ignored. It really seems to come down to how strong your documentation is and whether the bank sees it as a breach rather than just gambling losses.

Hi, it's hard to say how the payment provider will respond, and it probably depends on the case and the evidence, as another player said.

In any case, which casino are we talking about? Maybe we could help if you had enough evidence and our team was on your side.

You say that you told the casino several times that you are a gambling addict, and despite that, they didn't close your account and kept sending you bonuses and such, right?

Amonbet - it’s unlicensed. I have many pieces of evidence - over 8 emails of my pleading telling them I had an addiction and them replying with bonus offers to stay.

Yes, I saw it, so let's see if we can help somehow.

The casino doesn't have a good safety index and hasn't responded to some recent complaints, so I guess this won't be the case if it goes that far.

Good luck and let me know when you find out more.
