Any opinions? Should we worry about casino customer service in the future? There are casinos with digital chat. My own experience is bad. The digital bot answers questions quickly and "empathetically" but there is no guarantee for the answers and the answers, promises e.g. regarding withdrawals lead nowhere. You can't contact these casinos by email. If members have experience, I would love to hear it.
