Any opinions? Should we worry about casino customer service in the future? There are casinos with digital chat. My own experience is bad. The digital bot answers questions quickly and "empathetically" but there is no guarantee for the answers and the answers, promises e.g. regarding withdrawals lead nowhere. You can't contact these casinos by email. If members have experience, I would love to hear it.

From my opinion, it’s hard to tell what’s worse… a chatbot stuck in a loop when you just want to confirm a rule so you don’t cross the line… or a super-empathetic customer support that’s your only way of communication, but can only ‘escalate’ your request into the void.
Has anyone else dealt with casinos that have no email, only bots or chat-only support? My experience: fast replies, lots of ‘empathy’… but no guarantees and promises (e.g., about withdrawals) that go nowhere. Would love to hear other members’ stories too.
