would like to share my personal experience with VIPLuck Casino.
I activated the 100% welcome bonus and started playing with my own deposited money. While playing, my winnings were shown in my real cash balance, not as bonus funds. Because of that, I decided to cancel the bonus, stop playing, and request a withdrawal of 280,000 HUF.
My withdrawal remained pending for 7 days. After that, I received an email stating that I was supposedly not entitled to my winnings and that they had confiscated them.
From my point of view, this is completely unacceptable. If those funds had really been bonus money, I should never have been able to request a withdrawal in the first place. I genuinely believed I had won with my real balance, as it was displayed that way.
This has never happened to me at any other online casino. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled and I will never play at VIPLuck Casino again.
This is my personal experience. Everyone can decide for themselves whether they want to play under these conditions.
Hello, I imagine this was an unexpected situation. Now that I gave it a second look, I would go through the associated bonus terms and any other general terms, which may also play a role in the outcome. It's of course understandable to consider the real money amount as real money, but it's not the only thing related to deposit bonuses. For me, it would be crucial to know how much was wagered, whether the real money goes first, and at least in what stage it's acceptable to cancel the bonus. Still, if you believe the decision was not in line with the terms, you may try to complain. My colleagues will go through that. Are you interested in trying? It's merely an idea and you don't have to respond, of course.
Delayed withdrawals are probably the most frustrating part of online gambling. I don't mind waiting a day or two, but when support keeps saying "please be patient" without giving any real update, that's annoying. If a casino can process deposits instantly, they should also be able to give players a clear explanation when cashouts are delayed
