OK I've been going back and forth with these retards at decode.They sent me a edited printout of my bets and it shows 38.40.Thiers no F#### WAYi start with 41.00 and site matches it 40.00 and I bet 38.40 44 times my ass. Anybody that goes into that game will see. It doesn't go past $30. These people are liars, and if you don't blacklist them, I'm gonna hire somebody to help me.They don't even know how to fake logs.You don't see a log when u look.They pulled outa thier ass?

From what I've seen in our demo version, the maximum bet on this slot is only 30. Please continue with your complaint; I believe we can find a way to resolve this. 

I get why you’re frustrated, but from what Admin Jaro mentioned and how these slots usually work, a direct 38.40 bet doesn’t really line up with the standard bet steps. Most of the time when you see odd numbers like that, it’s coming from a feature, bonus buy adjustment, or some internal calculation, not a manual bet. The screenshots alone don’t really tell the full story.

Yea,max is 30.00 so go figure.Yesterday the casino sent message saying I Did buy now bonus round but email don't say this.So when u get multiple emails saying differnt things ,it's so confusing. They did put 500.00 chip in my account for playing.Why play it when I won't get what I might win.Im not playing thier offer until my case makes more sense.

Yes,I agree and when I hit the 2,400 jackpot and made the playthrough.Email says I bet 38.40 but now thier saying I did buy it now bonus rounds 44 at 38.40 and I'm like how did I do that.Ive never used the buy it now feature to get the bonus round.I think I'd have more the 2,000 that I wanted to cashout.I feel that this isn't going far and looks like I'm outa the win.

I feel like the information we’re getting from the casino is always a bit skewed, and I don’t like that. The important thing, though, is for them to address this in the complaint and explain it to our team. I’m actually quite curious to see what the casino will say and where this will lead us.
