As far as I understand, the casino claims the money was sent already.

So I'd ask your bank if there is some money transfer not visible in your bank account (something similar to the unposted transactions I guess). If the bank says no, you should confront the casino with this information. Or you can ask them for some payment confirmation, however, I think they will not send you any.

You can also submit a complaint here, so we can investigate the matter.

Anyway, ask your bank in any case.
