Annual summary for the income tax return in Spain, Casas Rabona and SG Casino

I want to know if anyone has requested and managed to obtain the annual summary of profits and losses for the Rabona and SG Casino houses for the purpose of tax returns. Well, last year I requested it in April for the 2023 declaration and I didn't receive anything. They were losses that I included in the declaration and I need the document in case they ask for it. And I've been waiting for this year since April. Today I wrote to them again asking for it.

I've been told that the 2023 and 2024 annual summaries of Rabona, in the case of SG Casino, are only for 2024. I've been told that screenshots of all the transactions on both websites could be useful, but I've also been told that the summary signed or sealed by the bookmaker itself is better. Regards.

Thanks, indeed I know that all online gambling must be declared in Spain. What I'm interested in knowing is if anyone has obtained the annual summaries for these two houses because I have losses in both and by including them in the income tax return I pay less taxes. Well, they can be deducted just like profits, I don't know where you get that from.

According to the Treasury, it must be declared. Every three years, they receive information on all online gambling outside of Spain.

The profits are obligated even if they are outside Spain but the losses only in the regulated ones
