I'm afraid we're not able to assist with this since we have no power to change their decision. You may try this website that is created mainly for gambling affiliates: https://www.gpwa.org/forum/forum.php

Hi everyone. So there is something up with these casinos.

The following casinos are clearly related and new ones keep popping up. I have a withdrawal from a deposit ,NOT a free chip, at Bali Fortune and they won't reply to emails. It's been about a month. My wife has spent a lot of money at some of the related casinos that accept credit cards. If this is not resolved VERY soon we are 100% justified in filing disputes. Casino is not abiding by their terms and is refusing to reply to emails to resolve the issue of them not paying my withdrawal. Digits 7 also would not pay. They did reply to me saying they had received my documents. however they forced me to deposit money in order to request the withdrawal. So I made the $35 deposit, I waited several weeks they would not reapond to any emails and would not update my account to allow me to request withdrawals. after about a month and a half I asked the chat people to take my bonus winnings and just let me play my deposit money. Once that was done miraculously the request to verify my documents sent from the chat people was approved. Funny how they ignored it until the money was gone. I am planning on calling the Australian authorities to shut down all of these websites as they are illegally operating in Australia or accepting Australian players. spin oasis and fab spins were shut down. These casinos are either fraud or have money issues.

I know they are all the same casinos because the chat people are the same exact person if you hop from one casino to the next. And VIP status gives it away when casinos are related. I have been a vip 2 level at Bali, and never even played at sector 777. but since they are all the same casinos My vip status is automatically vip 2 even though I have never made a deposit to sector 777. Terms and conditions are word for word the exact same. Not a single one on the list shows any info on the website about licensing or dispute resolution. Not a single casino has a phone number. Oh and vip level never seems to get higher than level 2. probably because there are no vip host which you do not get until level 3.

Hey! I forwarded all your insights to your dedicated Data Team, I know it does not sound like much, but I see that as a reasonable addition to increasing the chances of warning all the players. Speaking of which, I'd like to thank you for all the help. Though I feel this thread is not the best place, can be missed quite easily due to its out-of-the-topic name. Just my guess.

How about starting a fresh new thread with a proper title, so many players stumble upon it? Feel free to do so, the forum is at your disposal.
