These are responses from support stating there are no restrictions on purchasing additional cards where clearly my screenshots show there are and interestingly enough no game history recorded. Every other game I have played on this platform you can see the game history although in regards to this game you cannot. Can you see why I am suspicious.

I can see how initially my claims look like I’m just a disgruntled losing customer. Although I haven’t received an reasonable response from the company on why these situations occurred and they closed my account after making these claims. The responses received I feel have made my claims more valid.

No worries, I'm not here to place any sort of judgments; I just probably still do not get it right, though. To me, what you see as a problem feels like logical game behavior.

Simply because the rules do not mention that you are always granted 2 cards for additional purchase. I believe I also explained why it feels logical to me.

I would love to know why the casino is not able to give you the history, but I would be lying if I said that this is something I have never seen before. Of course it would be cool to give you a good explanation, but sometimes, they just don't. I get it is suspicious for you.

I'm really glad you have your own expert working on that, because I fail to be of any use, I guess. 🙁
