There have been cases where personal information (proof of income, full name, betting history, etc.) has been shared.

In particular, income proof can also show account numbers and balances, so users' personal information is not protected.

All data and interactions are saved in Excel or as screenshots so they can be presented.

There have been many other cases of users being refused withdrawals.
