Yes, I asked but there was no answer. Yesterday the documents were approved and a withdrawal was possible. I made a withdrawal request, which has been "reviewed".....the story doesn't tell how long it will take...🤷‍♂️. (I strongly believe that the guru's review of this casino is misleading. I think the main focus of the review should be on user feedback, which really doesn't support the guru's review) as far as I understand, the most important thing is reliability, kyc/money transfers, customer service.

So at least something has moved forward. We don't control how long KYC takes. It can be individual for everyone and you could have difficulties and another player could be verified in 3 days. You can't immediately lower a casino's safety index based on some experience. I filed a complaint against casinoguru and the review of, among others, wildsino casino. The guru's review is misleading to players and is supported by several user complaints and forum posts. My own emotional review is red 2.4. It was a really heavy and frustrating kyc/withdrawal process.
