Hey I had made an account with spinago 2 years ago or longer. 1 month ago I tried to stop gambling and ask spinago to close my account. They told me my account was closed. They didn't say I can re use that account when I wanted to gamble again. I was honestly under the believe that when you close a bank account it's closed for good meaning you can't access that. I signed back up with spinago. Unaware that I could of used my old account that I CLOSED. They allowed me to verify myself, let me deposit money. I spent half a day honestly verify myself. they kept asking me to take a selfie with my ID. They accepted my verification. I win. $6000 and tried to withdraw it. It kept getting sent back to my account I keep messaging what's going on. They say it's getting sent to management. So for a whole 24 hrs I'm continuing to play thinking that it's all good. Mean while I end up winning $20000 twenty thousand. And the. They come back to me that I have 2 accounts and is a breach of privacy. WHY WOULDNT THEY TELL ME THIS WHILE I WAS BEING VERIFIED. IF I KNEW MY OTHER ACCOUNT WAS STILL USABLE I WOULDN'T OF WASTED MY TIME ON THE NEW ACCOUNT AS I WAS FULLY VERIFIED ON IT AND HAD WITHDRAWN MANY TIMES. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE TELL ME. I DIDNT MAKE TWO ACCOUNTS TO BE ANY WRONG DOING. I ONLY MADE THE SECOND ACCOUNT BECAUSE I CLOSED THE FIRST ACCOUNT. BELIEVING THAT I COULD NO LONGER USE IT. THEY SHOULD NOT VERIFIED ME IF I HAD THE ANOTHER ACCOUNT. THEY SHOULD NOT ALLOWED ME TO DEPOSIT ON THE DUPLICATE ACCOUNT. THEN ONCE I WIN MONEY. SAY NAH YOU CANT COLLECT YOU WINNINGS COS ITS A DUPLICATE ACCOUNT. BUT YOU ALLOW TA TAKE MY MONEY FROM ME, BUT NOT LET ME GET IT OUT FROM THE CASINO THEY BASICALLY TAKEN ADVANTAGE AND HONESTLY TAKEN MONEY BY DICEPTION OR FOR FINANCIAL GAIN.

Actually, this case sounds pretty simple to me and I'm aware you already submitted the complaint. If you said you closed the first account, then open a new one, made deposits and won, I believe the casino could void your winnings are return deposits due to multiple accounts.

On the other hand, you claim you verified yourself with the 2nd account so they had to be aware of the fact you're the same person who already has an account in their casino. Have you verified before you won the initial 6000 or after that?

While playing before I won't the $6000 I was being verified. For half the day they kept making me take a selfie I probably submitted about 10 different photos. They wanted to see my elbow. Taking the selfie. Then once I got to $6000 I was verified and decided to pull it out. But the money kept getting sent back. I tried 3 times and spoke to people on chat. Untill one said why do I have multiple accounts. I told the person on chat, I closed the first one. They understood. And told me it was being sent to the financial manager. So over the next 24 hours I continued to play and got it up to $20000. Then bam closed account and took my winnings .

as I see it now, you acumulated the iniate $6000 let's say during the verification process, am I correct, please?

I find it quite strange that your 2nd account was not blocked during the verification, to me it seems that the casino's staff truly acknowledged this multi account issue while your withdrawal was being checked.
