GAMSTOP is great for the UK but sadly there is no global equivalent, we can only hope this will change with the https://casino.guru/global-self-exclusion-initiative

The Curaçao Gambling License reform may see the demise of some rogue operators but i believe it will push the problem elsewhere because it’s such a lucrative scam!

I have read many stories of players experiencing huge monetary losses as a result of registering with untrustworthy casinos, it is heartbreakingly evil. Players know losing is almost a given but it’s not acceptable losing to rogue operators.

these casinos are very well-organized mafias targeting players outside their jurisdiction, miscoding card payments, and even CREDIT card payments. If you raise a chargeback on teas and spoons .com what are they gonna dispute? what they actually gonna say- we are running an organized crime, actually transaction laundering. I am surprised that the UK gambling commission has not tackled these issues. Well, I hope it will be better for a change with upcoming tough regulations!

I think just keeping the momentum going by calling out the rogue operators and reporting fake Trustpilot reviews, which I have done and I’ve been contacting Curaçao (GCB) awaiting a response, will help to keep this issue in the spotlight!

I had a gambling block on my bank and it still overcame these! I am genuinely not even confident about the 3rd party merchant's existence or even legality. I doubt the company's house is aware these .com teas and spoons are doing transaction laundering, I emailed one more company today, whose owner is Bulgarian and whose business is registered in London, no response so far, nobody is picking up the phone. Others do not even exist NIk Aqua pulse for instance. Another 2, has websites with low traffic high income, and low visibility and if you ring the number provided on their web is not even connecting!

I posted again in Trustpilot after they removed my review, I was asked again by them: would love to understand your experience better, so they’ve asked for more details about your review—like an order number or email. I am going just to send evidence to Trustpilot with my communication with them to get the review verified as it will get removed again and again, there is nothing to respond to the rogue casino either!

I only send my email address - I wrote a very long email to TP about Mystake they’ve been trying to have my review taken down and I have told them how dare you and sent even more evidence and told them they MUST investigate this casino because they are offering spins for reviews and using copy/paste.

Incidentally, have you come across this email:

Mikeswolfs@sina.com

I had written several times to that email regarding the third party Goodshom and then did a search on google 😂 you’ll see what we’re up against!

Goodshom already sounds great! never heard of these, but I have even courses on descriptors, they say, they are selling the courses. I have never purchased any courses! Their revenue is 140k! how !!! I have no account with them, no courses! I am collecting evidence here and I will be taking this to my bank, visa, MasterCard, gambling commission, and financial ombudsman.

Absolutely! This is all not true, just look at 888 casino registered and legitimate casino reviews! How come Mystake is not licensed and possibly even has pirated slots that have more reviews, miscoding their transactions to teas and spoons .com? Actually, the kitchen appliances seller reported £ 177k net revenue on companies house with no traffic and visibility!

Something needs to be done about these rogue online casinos miscoding on purpose to bypass gambling blocks.

I think it would be best not to play in such casinos. The casino doesn't have a good safety index so I would be cautious. It also doesn't have a license and that can be a problem in some cases. You should choose one where you don't have to deal with similar problems.

Anyway, do you have a withdrawal you're waiting for ?

No, I don’t have. It’s purely that the VIP manager I had didn’t heed my request to close my account. Let’s see what we can do.

Oh I see, if you would have ongoing problems with closing your account just turn to us and we will try to help. I think these things should casinos take serious. Let's see what will be resolved.

If you have any news let me know.
