I don't know why, but I recently decided to review the platform and noticed that there are levels for referral depositors. If I could send a screenshot, it would be excellent for you to confirm what I'm referring to. Level 1 shows 5 referrals, Level 2 shows 229 referrals, and Level 3 shows 7 referrals. Below these boxes are the IDs of the friends and their deposit dates. Then, in another section, there's information from the control panel, specifically the team information. There's a box with details, and where it says "Total Valid Referrals," it shows 2/1. Below this information, the earnings per level are displayed. Okay. Here you have the option to select DETAILS. I clicked here and that's where I saw the boxes for the levels they manage. That's where I saw that at level 2 there are 229 referrals. When I asked customer support about this detail in the chat, they replied that apparently I did have 229 referred users registered with my player ID, but that not a single one had made a deposit or played on the platform. Okay, so if they registered with my player ID and appear in the depositing referrals panel, why didn't they count towards the level bonus? Because I also went to the option that says MY EARNINGS, and in referral bonuses and level bonuses they appear as $0, but below that it says "expected bonus" $200 for referrals and "expected bonus" $44,252.00 for the level bonus. Could someone please help me clarify my doubts? Because when I checked each of my referrals, I realized that some users are levels 3, 4, 6, 8, and 10, but their earnings show $0! How can I level up without earning anything? And if I have earned anything at all, it's been $0.05, $0.025, or $5 pesos. The most I've earned is $25 pesos, and at most $300 pesos, from 2024 to the present, with a level 2 referral and 229 depositing referrals!
