Please be aware: At Casino.Guru, we never ask for your casino account password. While we may request information, we never seek access to your account. Please refrain from sharing your password with any third party. We primarily communicate through official threads, occasionally via email for requested supporting evidence or relevant communication. Recently, we noticed a few attempts from online scammers pretending to be Casino Guru, asking players for a password to their casino accounts. Never share your password with anyone!

Password for what? 😀

Do you have something maybe in your mobile or computer, like a passkey?

If you are registering somewhere, sometimes you can save your password, you can try to look into your settings.

Goldenlion oder GoldbetLion casino

Dear Casino Guru Team,

I am opening this complaint against the casino because they have locked my account and refuse to pay out my winnings of 20,000 HUF under the false accusation of "duplicate account" and "not registering with my own name."

My registered email address is: viktoria.laudon@gmail.com

I always accessed the casino directly through the promotional links sent to my email address, which logged me in automatically. I successfully wagered a bonus and won 20,000 HUF. However, when I requested a withdrawal to my own bank account, the casino immediately banned me.

Now, they claim I didn't register with my own name, but they never requested full identity verification (KYC) before locking me out, and they completely ignore all my emails in English and German. Paradoxically, their automated system is still sending new bonus emails to my address since yesterday, but I am blocked from entering.

I am a real person, I do not own any other accounts, and I am ready to provide my official ID documents to prove my identity. Please help me get the casino to review my case and release my 20,000 HUF winnings.

Thank you,

Viktória Laudon

Hi, I can see that you’ve ended up in a situation where the casino has accused you of having duplicate accounts. After reading through what happened, I think the best next step would be to submit a complaint with us.

We’ll see whether our team can help, but hopefully we can at least get to the bottom of what happened. If the casino didn’t ask you to complete KYC or provide any documents and simply banned your account, that does seem a little unusual to me. On the other hand, their system may have flagged something they consider relevant.

If our team manages to establish contact with the casino, we’ll see what explanation and supporting evidence they can provide. For now, we’ll probably need to be patient and let the complaint process move forward.
