Mifinity - Cumulative transaction limit reached

I have a small 5-digit sum from winning an OC on Mifinity.

When you try to pay out part of it, you get the above message. I have been verified for a long time and have already deposited and withdrawn enough, just last week. I don't even know about any limits, there's nothing about it anywhere. I've already contacted support and now I'm afraid I won't get the money... Can someone with experience reports help me? Thanks
