I have a question about whether my employer is acting legally when he decides to install Kickidler remote monitoring software on my laptop. I do my job fairly and always make my plan on time. Does he have the right to do this? Is it realistic to bypass the software?

I'm not sure what the legal requirements are in your country, but generally speaking, it's a common thing. Especially when the laptop belongs to the employer. Some employers even block internet or many websites on the computers.
