That sounds like you gave them an incorrect phone number, otherwise I don't understand what might be another reason for it. Despite that, they should tell you what the next steps should be instead of sending you to the login page. So if you can't manage to get forward and resolve this somehow, feel free to submit a new complaint on our website.
The number they have is to a device I no longer have.
This all stemmed from my simply trying to update my number. And it's turned into a "Fifty First Dates" circus....
Or a "Groundhog Day" nightmare.
I think I'll give you the truth in this case because changing the number shouldn't be a problem and I thought that support would be able to help you with it without any problems.
