HI,

So, just after processing my first withdraw I've noticed that each time that I made a deposit on my casino account the deposit process had changed. Right after clicking the orange deposit button, I was redirected to a page saying that the deposit would be in EUR currency and could only move forward if I accepted those terms. This went on for one year or year and a half. Has anyone else experience this?

Hi. Could you be more specific and tell us where exactly you experience this?

Unfortunately, we are not able to understand that from your post.

Have you contacted the support regarding the change?

So it's happening to you in multiple casinos, yes? From what you write, when you contacted them, did they tell you specifically what?

It happened at more than one Casino but all of them were under the same banner Casino rewards. But everything is back to normal now.

Clearly casinos from one group. And how did you manage to solve it in the end? 😀

I tried to resonate with them which was pointless they denied that doing it. When I presented them proof, they still denied and tried to blame my bank. The issue went away after a year a year and a half.

Well, that's quite interesting. I hope this doesn't happen to you anymore. Have you tried to see if this is also the case with other casinos or just the ones in this group?

So far it has only happened with Casini rewards casinos. I'm in Montreal Canada province of QC and casino rewards have their silence in Kahnawake which is a 15 minutes' drive from my place, so I went directly to the source they opened a case and shortly after everything went back to normal. As for other casinos I wouldn't know I really don't gamble that much. I'm not the type that will spend money that I don't have, so its a $20 here and there.

Well, good for you if you could get in the car and sort it out within the hour. That you managed to do it is certainly important and you can enjoy occasional gaming without such difficulties. What casino do you play at most often? Did you like them because of any particular thing?
