Casinos and chat

Does anyone know if casinos acquire chat people as an outsourced service from a company that provides the service? At least in Finnish, the same people (Harri, Anni, Aimo, Seppo, etc.) are agents for several casinos. The common denominator for all of them is that they promise to find out the questions asked and respond to emails.....no response has been received. "Aimo" is the most reliable....they don't promise to find out, but instead say "work shift is over" and leave.

Many times it can happen that there will be the same people in th live chat in more online casinos, yes. Especially if there is the same owner, I believe.

It is very important, though, for them to be helpful and especially don't mix the casinos up, as it happened before from our experience. 🤷‍♀️

If you wish you can rate any of the casinos here by writing your user review and even include also the information about the live chat. It is always helpful to others when they learn more.

Have you noticed that the names of the agents in the chat change.....but the photos don't...with the same profile picture, the names change....😅

I haven't noticed that, no.

But I believe that the main point is for them to be helpful even though they use the same photo.

It really doesn't inspire confidence!
