Hello!

Frankly, you can't. Write down the one you prefer, and I'll change it for you.

Just don't forget you already have another account: mspn

So, which one do you prefer to keep? πŸ™‚

Hey Casino.guru team

I have a very open question, why do you think your website is still so popular nowadays ? Especially, what makes it stand out compared to other direct competitors nowadays ?

Disclaimer : not hiding anything, I ask this because I was doing a case study and always take you as a reference for a successful website in the iGaming field 😏

Hi, quite an interesting and I would say apt question. I would summarise my answer in the points that we think are most relevant in the context of what you are asking.

I would start by saying that we have a complaints team that tries to resolve players' cases on the basis of a fair approach.

Furthermore, we are the world's biggest source of information about online casinos, and as information is important in today's world, I would rank that as one of the points.

I think our site is also popular based on the fact that we try to communicate with casinos to create a safer environment for players (responsible gambling initiative- we negotiate changes to terms and conditions

We are also fair to gamblers, we don't promise to make them rich by gambling, we have a lot of educational material for them, including courses in the CG Academy.

What is equally relevant from our point of view is that we offer free games that players can play and get to know the games before playing them in the casino, and we have also set up tournaments that are free and players can win valuable prizes and are quite popular with players.

In terms of information, I would also like to mention our newsletter - CasinoGuru News, which is followed not only by players, but also by people who work in the gambling industry, which is a big plus when someone wants to learn something new or educate themselves in this area.

And last but not least, we have a community that can participate in the forum and share their experiences with other gamers, where they can learn a lot of new information and help each other in difficult situations.

If I were to sum it all up, our strengths are our fairness to players and casinos, a huge database of casino data and a number of projects that we are dedicated to, unlike our competitors, every player can find what interests and entertains him on the site, because we do not just provide a list of the best casinos.

I hope I answered your question well and you could in contrast share some summary of what you managed to find out by your research. πŸ™‚

Very complete answer I do appreciate that πŸ™‚ And fair enough, I can share a bit of my notes - all going in the same direction.

Strategically speaking building a database oriented website first before thinking about a more traditional SEO/Informative one was quite smart. Then once the position of Casino.guru on the market was a bit more "comfortable" turning it into a community centered powerhouse to diverge from what other (way older) leaders were doing seemed to have worked like a charm.

I guess nothing new for you, but to sum up a few things without going into details or numbers :

  • Nicely structured and extensive database style website
  • More thought of UX than the traditional leaders
  • Big investment to build a real white knight figure w/ players (and casinos) for complaint resolutions
  • Massive sitewide integrated forum to complete normal forum treads (news comments, player reviews, complaints...)
  • Localized website to grow on all kind of markets but with a unique translated (universal) forum
  • News portion of the website launched once a leading stature already acquired, leveraging it to create loads of exclusive posts on top of traditional news to quickly become a reference
  • Global initiative pushes as a leader (safe gambling, awards...)
  • etc...

Basically, rly interesting to see how Casino.guru has dusted off the aging online casino market. To me the site cracked the code(s) for people to come back naturally and voluntarily to visit it

Quite an interesting perspective and thank you for sharing your findings or insights towards us. It's quite impressive to see how we are perceived by the other players and I think you have experience with several sites based on what you have described.

So you have assessed it from your point of view and for that I certainly thank you again.

I firmly believe that everything will only get better with time and we will have as many satisfied players as possible. πŸ™‚
