At least this finally sounds like some real movement.

Going from the completely black game window to Pragmatic Play loading in around 25 seconds and actually being playable again is certainly an improvement, even if it's still nowhere near the normal loading time. The fact that Play'n GO and Nolimit City are behaving differently as well should hopefully give the technical team more useful information to work with.

And since you've now managed to reach someone higher up who is trying to connect you directly with the people handling the technical side, I think that's probably the best route from here.

I'll also leave the deeper technical diagnosis to you and your contact at this point. I'm certainly not an expert in this area, and I don't want to start taking a firm position on whether the cause is a CDN, proxy, loader, routing issue or something else when that's outside my expertise.

You've already gathered far more useful technical data than I could add from here, so hopefully the right person at BSC can now compare it properly and get to the bottom of it.

Definitely keep us updated on what they find.🙂

Hi all,

Seems there's some standing order in place at BSC, that does not permit a player, regardless of their tech abilities or professional skill sets, to communicate directly with BSC tech/dev Depts. Hence the only course of action is: Player <> VIP <> Tech/Dev <> VIP <> Player.

Almost 3 weeks of this controlled comms, has not resolved the issues.

I can't do anymore my side to help BSC - I'm not their unpaid tech.

Pragmatic Play is fine until around 3pm EU time, when it starts to degrade in loading time. By EU evening, it's a crawl or worse, loads about 50% then just sits there, stalled.

A quick update.

I don't know for sure, but I feel, if this was a mobile issue, it would have been fixed weeks ago.

I'm not against progress, that is life - it happens. Everything is mobile 1st these days. Google etc., etc.

Playing on a PC at a casino etc., is no longer the norm.

Be that as it may, I just seem to be under the misapprehension, being a loyal VIP for 6+ years, would have had these issues fixed a lot sooner, minus all the weeks of hoop jumping, later. My bad, huh!

I think it may also be worth considering whether you actually want to keep playing there if you’ve been dealing with this for quite some time and the issue still hasn’t been resolved.

At the same time, I don’t know how complicated the situation is to sort out, so I don’t want to be unfair to the other side either.

Hopefully, though, everything will eventually be resolved in a positive way.

If I wasn't residing where I am, then yes, I would have voted with my feet a while ago. Professionally (in business), I've always held the belief, that just because it's a 'smart business decision', that doesn't always equate to being smart customer decision.

Been playing at online casinos since the 1990's. Time I took a rest for a while.

Thanks to all the casino guru staff for their support, and a big thank you to you too Jaroslav 😀

Cheers

Sure, I understand what you mean. And thanks as well for the kind words about us and about me personally.

I think taking a break could definitely do you some good. Sometimes there’s no need to push things too much, and when you feel ready again, you can always come back to it and hopefully continue in a reasonable way, just as you’ve been trying to do so far.

Have a good week.🙂
