Honestly, if they're not licensed in the UK, then they're not legally allowed to provide any games in the UK. (even though the game provider is licensed in the UK)

Because some Curacao licensed casinos have territorial restrictions on the Evolution provider while most don't. Is Evolution gaming limited to Italian players or is it not limited to Italian players if the casino has no Italian license? Pledoo casino and Bitdice for example in their terms and conditions provide for such restrictions while many others do not? Because? Is this a violation of their license?
