Hi!
Verifying a game provider is not something we do here. So, infinitely long, I guess.
Now seriously, what do you aim to get reviewed, please? It's another slight difference, you see? Our guys do not verify; they review.
Do you have a casino in mind you would like to ask about, please?
I feel like you are talking about a game provider verifying your gaming history for a casino; is that so, please?
There is very likely no ultimate time frame for that. In some cases, casinos say it may take up to 90 days.
More or less, it depends on the game provider and his ability to investigate.
In any case, this casino seems to be in a huge dealy even with withdrawals. I suggest you read this thread too:

So try to wait a while to hear from the casino. Don't they have something about a similar investigation written in the terms and conditions? I've come across somewhere where the casino had written how long it could take.
However, I wouldn't go by that and we will probably have to be a bit patient. If the casino has written you off and it's taken quite a long time, let me know.
It is common with Roulette and Blackjack to verify with the game provider. However, that wont take months and usually most casinos have an in-house method. I noticed it is commonly used to delay your withdrawal. Since crooked casino use this reason all the time. While at better casinos I never have experienced a "verification with game provider".
I've also seen in good casinos that they investigated the gameplay. Sometimes it can also come from the game provider itself if they are not sure about something. Anyway, it's not something that's uncommon at any casino.
Have you ever had a situation like this before?
I think most casinos use ''checking'' as a way to delay your pay out. I understand if u win a huge amount on Blackjack or Roulette the casino wants to be certain their is no cheating involved. However, on some casinos this procedure is never triggered and on other casinos it is triggered all the time. It really depends on the casino on how difficult they want it to make for players to withdraw.
I clearly understand what you are talking about. It may be that it happens for such reasons, I do not deny that. I just wanted to say that it is not something that is unusual. It happens a lot with bonuses too.
So players have to take it in account that can be the case in every casino they play.
On the other hand if the casino is doing investigation for a long time, it is possible to open a complaint with us an we will try to help. 🙂
Have you experienced some errors on our website, please? Could you tell us more?
Hello!
Im not sure about the timeframe but I can share with you two experiences.
the first one, last year where a Casino did not want to pay me out because of some excuses on docs but overall I got contacted from a game provider after approx 1 month and they confirmed my winnings (then I realised they checked the gameplay without mentioning it to me).
and a second current experience. Actually I won a large sum at roulette and since 45 days Casino keeps saying they are awaiting the final info from the provider. Honestly, even tho I strongly believe Casino Guru is actually the best intermediary in these scenarios, im a bit discouraged as long time has passed. But I still hope the Team will help me out to get what I legit won.
overall, I think that there is not a specific timeframe. I think it may depends on the sessions involved, games, how much you played and so on. Also, I believe it may vary on provider for dozens of reasons.
But for sure I would agree on proposing a sort of deadline (like up to 30 days) so someone would know something more instead of getting mentally sick due to the lack of communication and transparency.
What do you guys think of my opinion?
Hey.
Thank you for sharing your experiences.
You are right that it would be best if some timeframe is provided when checking with the game provider. It really can take a long time sometimes.
I am keeping my fingers crossed for the fastest resolution of your current case, for sure. 🤞
