We already discussed this few months ago on one of our innovation meetings. I'm not saying it will never happen, but it's not that easy as it sounds. We've got many specialists for gambling, online casinos and live casino games in our company, but there are almost no specialists for sports betting.
It's not just about creating some "Sports Guru" website. It require a lot of new human resources and knowledge 🙂
One could dare to take the first small steps and gradually build up knowledge ...
The terms and conditions of sports betting providers are no more complicated than those of a casino😉
The bonus rules are also simpler than those of a casino ...
What are the problems?
The main problem is that we don't have enough human resources. Just imagine that we currently have about 25 people who are only responsible for updating information about casinos and dealing with player complaints. If we started accepting sports betting related complaints and reviewing sports betting companies, we'd suddenly need much much more people.
Not even mentioning our IT and design teams. Anyway, I always liked the idea of dealing with sports as well and it's still something that can come in the future.
Hello! I wanted to communicate with jozef zimmerman, since I write emails to jozef@casino.guru and he does not respond, has the email changed? For this reason, I am writing here if you can contact me, please, I have been trying to contact you all week and I have no response, thank you very much and sorry for the inconvenience.
Ultimately, it's a problem of money ..
I don't know exactly how you finance yourselves ?! But I think by referring customers to the providers and their commissions ..
And the same would then also apply if you deal with sports betting .. Step by step just like you have implemented with CasinoGuru ... and I know you can do it too ... because you have your basic knowledge of what you do in the sports betting area ...
What could be better if you are the No.1 in the world ...
I would like to take part😉
I keep looking at unresolved complaints and notice ... that many people turn to you with sports betting problems. Because they need help and are desperate to ask why? Is the unfair behavior of the providers legitimate? Do we always have to close our eyes? Can the providers do what they want with us?
And the bad thing is ... it is getting more and more complicated to withdraw money from the providers! As soon as you detect a minor violation, the account is closed.
There are supervisory authorities but it takes an eternity until someone is helped there ...
That's why SPORTGURU as an alternative🙂
Yes, that's true. Some part of the complaints are related to sport betting. I'm not saying that focusing on Sports would be a bad idea and I'd like to get involved as well. But I'm sure we need to finish the ongoing projects that we currently have. We build different websites focusing on gambling in specific countries. I'm quite sure that we can't start with something else until these projects are launched.
It also has to be profitable .. but I think it will be .... after all, the betting market is bigger than that of casinos (I think) .. It would be a shame if someone else snaps the cake .... have the feeling that you behave professionally.
Many sports bettors are desperate when faced with problems
I also believe the sports betting market is bigger. It might be profitable, but there's a high competition in Google for different keywords as well. Dealing with complaints isn't profitable at all, but that's one of they ways how we build our reputation and authority.
The reason why we're sometimes successful in terms of dealing with complaints is simply because we're one of the biggest online casino review website in the world. It wouldn't work without our strong position on the market. I'm afraid that if we just created some website focusing on sports betting, nobody would be willing to talk to us 😀 (except the sports betting companies who run online casinos as their side product)
