What do you mean? We added a new feature where anyone can write their own review on a casino so if you don't like anything about a casino that has a great rating on our website, you have space for sharing your own view.
I didn't mean a casino. I mean the part where you explain how you choose what's a big brand casino. It's all explained well but there is no option for the opinion others.
As if you would say" That is how we do it, It's the best way, it's perfect and will forever be. "
If we thought that there's a better way to distinguish the big brands, then we would do it. So in fact, "that is how we do it and we believe it's the best way" 🙂 but it's definitely not perfect and won't be forever. If you have suggestions on how to improve it, we really appreciate any feedback from the users.
That was my feedback. The possibility to leave comments there. Can be limited to 30 words per comment.
The way from the review to the forum is not far, I know, but I use my cell phone and only ever see a small part.
I mean... the thing is that big brands is just a single thing on the website. Then we would need to allow users to leave feedback under every page or piece of information. For example, we sometimes receive feedback on different payment methods available in casinos, but there's no option to write it on the casino's payments tab.
But if you tell us "Hey, I think this casino shouldn't be a big brand because... or should be, but isn't on your website", then we'll look at it. Then we usually contact our testers for the given country and try to decide whether the feedback is reasonable. Most of the time, our users are right and we update or edit the info.
I have one tip: it is for all review sites, because you all have to do with it. The information whether the casino is blocked for me or not is not always votes. As I said, everyone has a problem. Wouldn't it be helpful if I had the option "the casino. Accepts players from Germany" with a yes or no to confirm? Would also relieve a lot of work
We have this option for bonuses where players from different countries can do thumbs up or thumbs down and tell us whether the bonus worked for them. Then we ask testers from the given countries to test it once again if we see too many negative feedbacks.
