Hello, if you won a tournament, I sincerely congratulate you, please keep in mind that it takes a few weeks to process all of the winners. Please tell me when the tournament in question ended and which one it was. I'll look at it for you.

I'm sorry, but I expect that some delay has probably occurred. Did you receive and respond to the verification email, which comes first, please? If so, it should just take a little time. The way I see it, vouchers have not been sent yet. Let me ask people from tournaments anyway.
