Good morning, I can't post a complaint because my surname has an apostrophe and the message "impossible to send prohibited characters" appears, but the box containing my surname is not editable, I can't delete the apostrophe.

Hello, it's weird. I see no way you could not edit your surname while filling out the complaint form; you see no filling spots are locked upon filling in the name.

Could you kindly show me a screenshot or better yet capture a video showing the problem in real time, please? I suspect a possible technical anomaly like hashes or cookies...

Hello and thank you for showing the screenshot. For security purposes, the content is hidden from the public, since it consists of your full name and email address in one screenshot. I already forwarded it to the relevant department.

Another player claimed the same problem yet could lodge the request after several unsuccessful attempts. Could you kindly try that again today? I know it's not the best solution, but at this moment the tech guys are trying to duplicate the problem at least.
