How do I delete my complaint?

Good evening, I would like to delete my complaint. The casino has reopened my account. Can someone tell me how to do that?

Hello, complaints can be resolved or left unresolved, but they cannot be deleted. If the casino has resolved the issue, please notify the mediator, and the case will be closed properly.

One of the primary goals is to show the community how casinos handle disputes. Would not be possible to do that with complaints deleted and especially casinos, which strive to address issues promptly and with care, should be recognized, I guess. 🙂
