Help! I'm having trouble filing a complaint

Good afternoon,

I am trying to file a complaint and I am following all the steps but I don't see any form for it. Below are the steps I followed to file the complaint.

I select withdrawals first.



Next I select "No" to the question whether I have played with bonus money or free spins.

Then I select "yes" I can access the casino and log in to my account.

Then I get this screen and I click "continue"

Finally I get this screen and there are no other options.

Can anyone help me? It's not a cookie or cache issue. I've tried different browsers and devices.

Based on my experiences with players reporting the same issue, it is related to catches/hashes/cookies or to the browser features.

Did you also try MS Explorer—desktop version, please? The last time I saw something similar, this was a solution.

Update: The complaint can only be filed in English at this time, using the English domain casino.guru. In order to confirm English in your account, you can try changing your preferred language to English in the top right corner. That ought to serve as a short-term fix.

I was able to file the complaint thanks to the link you sent me in the case of Magic Win.

By clicking directly on that link I have no problems and I have been able to upload it and attach the screenshots.
