Experiences with payouts at online casinos – important information for players

Hello everyone,

Today I would like to address a topic that concerns me personally and that I believe affects many players... unfortunately often only when it is too late.

What it's about: Payouts

Before I go into detail:

Certain practices of some casinos infuriate me. All the more so because they continue to get away with these methods, and new players keep falling for these tricks.

This article aims to protect players from losing their money with disreputable sports betting or slot providers. Not through the games themselves, but through deliberately delayed or blocked payouts.

Why am I writing this?

I would like to give an overview of providers where payouts work without noticeable delay tactics and mention others where, in my experience, this is not the case.

I am aware that casinos are often allowed up to 14 days to process claims. And CasinoGuru can only offer limited assistance after this period has expired.

Nevertheless, some providers even violate their own terms and conditions, which stipulate, for example, processing times of 72 hours.

One thing is certain:

The player must of course never violate the terms and conditions. But the casino itself can apparently interpret them however it wants, as long as the user is penalized.

Experiences with payment delays

Many of you are probably familiar with providers that artificially delay payouts. Several days, sometimes even several weeks. Shockingly often, these sites still have good ratings on various platforms, which I simply cannot understand in many cases.

Of course, there are also players who can do absolutely everything wrong during the verification process.

But I personally do not consider myself a "problem customer".

I understand what is required, I deliver all documents accurately and I abide by the rules.

Nevertheless, I've discovered that some providers deliberately delay payouts. This has already cost me several thousand euros. Money you might be able to save with the right precautions.

My assumption: This is how the delaying tactics work:

I am sure that some casinos automatically calculate how many payouts are pending and what total amounts would need to be paid out, and then use the following strategies:

A) They do not process the payout at all until the user contacts them.

B) They wait until the user asks several times.

C) After several days, they suddenly request additional documents - unnecessary and causing delays.

D) They cancel the payout and blame it on a technical error. The waiting time starts again from zero.

An example:

2,000 players are each requesting €250.

The casino would have to pay out €500,000.

If half of the players cancel due to the delay, then €250,000 will be "saved".

A huge advantage. For the casino, not for the player.

Warning: A processing time of 72 hours or longer is often a red flag.

Casinos that state a processing time of 72 hours often exceed this, in my experience.

And no reputable provider actually needs 72 hours to process a payout – not to transfer it.

Whether it's 3, 5, 7 or even 15 days... in many cases, this is simply a delaying tactic.

What you can do

Read multiple reviews, not just one post.

Beware of obvious fake reviews ("Great casino, great support team, everything's great"). - These users most likely received a €10 free bet for writing the review.

Prioritize casinos with demonstrably fast payouts.

May good fortune be with you, my friends.

My previous experiences with payout times:

ATTENTION ⚠️

This is MY personal experience.

---

Fast / reliable

N1bet

Payouts: 3–12 hours

Ivibet

Payouts: 3–5 hours

Boomerangbet

Payouts: up to 12 hours

22bet

Payouts: a few minutes to a few hours

---

Average / OK

Nomini

Payouts: approx. 3 days

---

Warning / be careful

Bankonbet — CAUTION!

Payouts: 7–15 days

*Zipcasino — 72h processing time stated, but BEWARE!

Payouts: +6 days

The payment did not go through. I waited 6 days and received no unusual reason for the delay.

Then I gambled away the money.

I most likely could have added a few more days if I had waited longer.

-----

I will update this post if I think of more casinos or if I come across more providers that delay payouts.

However, I hope that this will not be necessary and that I can tell you about other casinos that do not fight against your payout.

Stay vigilant and keep a close eye on your money!

That's a long time. Do you have any favorite games?

For me it was always poker, for example.
