I think there are two separate situations to consider. The Safety Index basically says that we have many documented cases where players were not paid and the casino was not interested in resolving the payouts. Usually, at the same time, there are many other players who do not have such a bad experience. The problem starts when the casino suddenly decides not to pay you, however.
