A glitch? Or is this supposed to be like that.

The picture on the left shows the Bella Vegas Casino from your no deposit bonuses page. I was able to follow the link without any problems and registered with Bella Vegas.

The right picture shows the Bella Vegas Casino from your normal search function. No bonuses and the notice that Bella Vegas does not accept people from my location. Is it supposed to be like that, or someone slept during the updates?

Hm, what do you mean? I can see the information on both screenshots.

On the left I can claim bonus in us casino.

On the right it says Bonus not available. And " the casino dont accept people from your location".

I'm a bit confused, but I still thing you just misunderstood the displayed information. Basically, you can see that there's no bonus available for you since you're from Germany, but every casino review card can display you all bonuses they have - even though they're not available for you.

I'll try to explain it on an example:

LeoVegas casino isn't available in Czech Republic, thus there are no available bonuses:

When I click on the bonus tab, I can see no bonuses available for me, but I can also see they have some bonuses available for other players:

When I click on it, I see many bonuses:

Why does say on the review site Bella Vegas does not accept player from Germany ?

But on the bonus site I clicked on the bonus and it got me to Bella Vegas. I signed up got the bonus and now I'm fully member at Bella Vegas.

Do you understand. It's not about seeing the bonus. It's about the review site saying no Germans can't sign on. But the bonus site does not. It did the opposite more or less.

I think I understand it now. I already contacted my colleague from the data team regarding this so he'll be hopefully able to explain this to you 🙂

I double-checked it, and even from your screenshot, you can see that there is a grey German flag with a small red cross (meaning that this bonus is not for German players)

The casino has Germany in restricted countries, and even though you were able to register and claim the bonus, the casino will not pay you the winnings.

The main problem is that you are looking in the All tab where are all bonuses. You should check the recommended tab where are only the best bonuses for players from Germany.

But because you write to us about this problem, we decided to make some changes, and we will make the information that German players can't take the bonus more clear.
