I am opening this thread to publicly expose WILD.IO Casino for the predatory confiscation of my entire balance, totaling 452.32 USDT (comprising my initial capital and legitimate winnings).
While Casino Guru recently had to close my formal complaint because it involved a sportsbook aspect, I am laying down the absolute, un-falsifiable blockchain facts, betting parameters, and evidence images that expose their extreme financial bad faith.
1. THE CRYPTO DEPOSIT & TRANSPARENT BETTING PROOF (BEP-20 Network):

I deposited my own raw capital and placed exactly THREE manual sports bets during volatile, live market conditions where I took a 100% genuine financial risk with zero active bonuses:
- 1st Bet: 100.00 USDT (Won: 152.00 USDT)
- 2nd Bet: 100.00 USDT (Won: 150.00 USDT)
- 3rd Bet: 97.86 USDT (Won: 148.74 USDT)
Total Ending Balance: 452.32 USDT. Wild.io explicitly accepted this deposit, credited it, and allowed me to wager without initial restrictions.
2. THE "ENGLISH-ONLY" VIDEO KYC TRAP (Clause 13.6):
After trying to withdraw, they locked my account and forced me into a live video verification. When I informed them that I am from Turkey and communicate in Arabic/Turkish, they threatened me with immediate account closure and balance confiscation, citing Clause 13.6.

Despite this barrier, I complied fully! I used a translator, repeated their required phrases word-for-word, held my official physical passport next to my face, and 100% proved my human identity.
3. IMMEDIATE CONFISCATION & ACCOUNT BAN:
Exactly 15 minutes after the video call concluded, they permanently banned my account and set up a 2FA block. They didn't just void the winnings; they completely pocketed my RAW, un-bonused initial capital deposit of 298.10 USDT, sweeping it directly into their corporate master vault!
