I recently published More Time Matters, a detailed account of my experience as a Gamdom VIP customer.

I wanted to share it here because this community has experience with crypto casinos and may have useful perspectives on the player-protection issues raised by the record.

This isn't intended as a simple "casino stole my money" post. I've tried to document what happened carefully and provide the underlying material so people can examine it and reach their own conclusions.

The published record includes:

• transaction and account records

• VIP communications and a dated chronology

• player-protection discussions, including breaks and self-exclusion

• medical evidence concerning the circumstances affecting my family at the time

• Gamdom's response

• supporting evidence organised for independent review

One particularly significant day involved $182,807.01 in six completed deposits. To be precise, that figure is the amount deposited that day — I am not claiming $182,807.01 was the amount lost.

A major part of the story concerns what happened as my circumstances became more serious and the interaction between continued VIP gambling and player-protection measures.

Gamdom's VIP team responded on 10 August following what it described as a comprehensive review and declined my request. Further supporting material was subsequently offered and senior management was contacted before publication.

As at publication on 13 August, I had not received a substantive senior-management response addressing the evidence and chronology published on the site. Gamdom's right of reply remains open.

I've published the complete project here:

I'm interested in people's views, particularly from anyone familiar with responsible-gambling/player-protection practices at crypto casinos.

I'm happy to answer reasonable questions about the record.
