I asked them to help me with a withdrawal of around 450$ that wasn't being made.

they said i gave to complete a kyc first, so i did. then they said they would have an update in 24-48hours so i tried to speed up the process by asking them to ban me and release the solana ($sol) to my wallet, they banned me and emailed me to let me know I've agreed to forfeit my winnings

which i did NOT agree too.

has anyone had anything like this? if so advice would be great, this is a lot of money for me

i emailed this to them but they said they cannot reverse any decisions

- "Please process my withdrawal within 48 hours, or I will escalate this to Casino Guru, AskGamblers, and Curacao eGaming, and pursue legal action if necessary. I also request details of your ADR provider or dispute resolution process."

Oh,..

I can see what you were trying to do... you just wanted to speed up the withdrawal because waiting for KYC felt frustrating. Unfortunately, by asking for a ban instead of letting the verification run its course, you basically created a situation where it looked like you had a problem with gambling and wanted to self-exclude. In that case, casinos are obliged to lock the account and usually forfeit the balance.

So while I understand your impatience, this step is seen as very problematic, it’s not just "a shortcut" but rather pretending to have an issue in order to bypass the rules. That combination is risky and can easily be taken as fraudulent behavior.

For future cases, the only safe path is to complete the KYC and wait it out, even if it takes a couple of days. Otherwise, you might lose not just time, but also your winnings. And since you already filed a complaint with us, I expect my colleagues will explain the outcome more precisely based on the details you provided there.

Never lie and never pretend if you want to keep your balance safe.

I suggest keeping the post in one thread. And of course, best of luck with the complaint.

Well, that's a turnout! Thank you for such excellent news. Would you mind updating your complaint, too? I guess you do not actually need us anymore. 🙂
