12,000 USDT withdrawal stuck on CoinKings.io (MIBS N.V.)

I currently have a 12,007 USDT withdrawal pending on CoinKings. Support initially replied, but now completely stopped responding. Here is the full situation:

I opened my account on 27/03 at 12:00 PM CET+1.

First deposits:

$500

$1,500

I started playing normally and quickly won.

At 1:46 PM, I requested a withdrawal of 5,000 USDT (TRC20).

After ~45 minutes and several chats with support, the withdrawal was processed successfully.

Because of this, I trusted the platform and continued playing.

I then made several additional deposits:

1,007 USDT

1,999 USDT

1,999 USDT

1,999 USDT

2,999 USDT

After my final session, I recovered my balance and decided to withdraw everything.

At 6:25 PM, I requested a withdrawal of 12,007 USDT.

After about 1 hour, it was rejected, with support claiming my TRC20 address was invalid.

Important: I used the exact same TRC20 address that had already worked earlier for the 5,000 USDT withdrawal.

I double-checked everything and re-initiated the withdrawal at 7:30 PM.

Since then:

The withdrawal is still pending

No updates

No processing

Support behavior changed significantly:

Initially responsive

Then suddenly stopped replying completely

Even more concerning:

When I open chat as a new session → they respond

As soon as they identify my account → no reply

Support also told me I was now considered a VIP due to high wagering, and that a VIP manager would contact me.

👉 No one has contacted me, even after 24h

Current situation

12,007 USDT pending

Support unresponsive

Chat appears restricted or ignored

Same wallet previously used successfully

Actions taken

Complaint filed on Casino Guru

All activity documented (deposits, withdrawals, chat logs)

If anyone has experience with CoinKings / MIBS N.V. / Curaçao casinos, please share.

I will update this post if the withdrawal is processed.

After 2 days of continuous pressure, emails and chat. After showing all my posts online, they finally decided to pay. Be careful w this casino, i conducted an audit using their crypto addresses and they are having LIQUIDITY issues, they dont have the money to payout...and wining players need to wait for them to collect their money.

Pressure them, post on the forum, and everywhere online. They arent a fair house...thus you need to adapt your methods accordingly. As well be carefull not insulting...they can easily mute u on supprt...the worst to them is to publicly expose them.

Ps: little bonus, send them the links of your posts so they can see hahaha&ha

I actually already replied to your second post under the casino. 

Based on what you wrote there, though, it doesn’t seem to me that the casino did anything wrong. You won the money two days ago, and now you’re saying they’ve paid you. It’s completely normal that it doesn’t happen right away, and at many casinos you’d have to wait even longer.

Also, many casinos don’t process withdrawals over the weekend, which is good to keep in mind for the future, so be a little patient.

Even so, I’m glad you’ll get the money, and I hope you enjoy it.🙂

Ow they did many wrong things.

1- they expose that transfers are instant...i needed to wait for 38h (they paid saturday late evening so they work on the weekends for payments as well).

2-they fully stopped answering me on chat and email as well, and only reacted when i sent links to my posts.

3- they notified me that i became a vip member and that a manager will contact me ASAP w a dedicated VIP bonus for successfully passing the level and will give me bigger limits... for 4 days nobody contacted despite my numerous reminders. LYING OPENLY TO CLIENT is bad in this industry in particular lol.

4-i checked their addresses: they have obvious liquidity issues, i dont mind sharing my audit here so your teams and the public can observe... For an online casino that is the worst that can happen...


Conclusion: it is not a SCAM- but potentially the worst online gambling experience i've had...

Thanks for the additional info.

Well, there are some red flags for you, but I think the withdrawal was still pretty fast. I’ve seen a lot from players, and if they were able to pay out even over the weekend, all the better. 

Of course, sometimes the experience isn’t just about payouts, but based on what players say, that’s the most important thing. But there have to be other things, as you say, for a casino to be top-notch. 

So if you didn’t like it, you probably won’t be playing here anymore.
