I currently have a 12,007 USDT withdrawal pending on CoinKings. Support initially replied, but now completely stopped responding. Here is the full situation:
I opened my account on 27/03 at 12:00 PM CET+1.
First deposits:
$500
$1,500
I started playing normally and quickly won.
At 1:46 PM, I requested a withdrawal of 5,000 USDT (TRC20).
After ~45 minutes and several chats with support, the withdrawal was processed successfully.
Because of this, I trusted the platform and continued playing.
I then made several additional deposits:
1,007 USDT
1,999 USDT
1,999 USDT
1,999 USDT
2,999 USDT
After my final session, I recovered my balance and decided to withdraw everything.
At 6:25 PM, I requested a withdrawal of 12,007 USDT.
After about 1 hour, it was rejected, with support claiming my TRC20 address was invalid.
Important: I used the exact same TRC20 address that had already worked earlier for the 5,000 USDT withdrawal.
I double-checked everything and re-initiated the withdrawal at 7:30 PM.
Since then:
The withdrawal is still pending
No updates
No processing
Support behavior changed significantly:
Initially responsive
Then suddenly stopped replying completely
Even more concerning:
When I open chat as a new session → they respond
As soon as they identify my account → no reply
Support also told me I was now considered a VIP due to high wagering, and that a VIP manager would contact me.
👉 No one has contacted me, even after 24h

Support unresponsive
Chat appears restricted or ignored
Same wallet previously used successfully
