unfortunately I can no longer log in with my old nickname Sommer2021 and therefore had to register again!
I just want to "get rid of" the following:
It's about Casino Zotabet - I registered there and deposited again and again. It's not about a payout at all - I just wanted to have a list of my deposits, because there were technical problems a few times and I have to check the whole thing.
They wrote to me that I had to verify myself beforehand. Good.
Then it was about verification and I was/am asked again and again for any proof - no document is "approved" - in effect I prove to them that I made the deposits so that they then confirm it to me.
What is accepted in all other casinos - does not seem to apply to Zotabet. Having to photograph my passport several times, having to photograph my credit card several times, etc. An example: Since I also paid via Paysafecard account and have confirmation of every single transfer with all the details (Paysafecard always sends a confirmation by e-mail), I also sent this - it is not accepted ! However, they want a photo from the account where they can see certain things, which I can't do.
I have now written to Paysafecard and asked for confirmation - who knows how long this will take.
The fact is, they know full well that I - I am and what and how much I've paid in - but submitting a statement they try to avoid and drag out. That's absurd!
I keep asking myself - when are some casinos going to check that they're ruining their own reputation and chasing the players themselves.
With every further harassment I experience now, the rating of Zotabet here with you and also on other gambling platforms will be worse.
