Sounds to me they are just making excuses to simply avoid paying you out, if you used an e-wallet to make a deposit, they should let you withdraw with that same method, if you didn't use a card to deposit directly to the casino THERE IS NO NEED TO VERIFY YOUR CARD. If they want to verify any payment method, then that would be your e-wallet which was used to make the deposit, not a card. Which casino is that? Is it the same casino that refused to paid your previous jackpot? If so, why you continued playing there?

When you first mentioned jackpot jill I couldn't find anything and supposed it was a casino denying you winnings from a jackpot, but just re-checked and found a review here in guru about them, it has no license and there are two unsolved complaints regarding withdrawals. While verification and additional checkings are normal in casinos, it's not normal or reasonable at all to enforce verification of a payment method that wasn't used in the casino, how would it help them at all? In any case, they should verify your electronic wallet and make sure it belongs to you, that would make sense.

File a complaint, give explicit details about your case, maybe the casino reacts to your complaint: https://casino.guru/complaints

Now that you filed the complaint just wait, it can take a couple weeks or even months to be solved or closed as unsolved if the casino doesn't sort the situation out. I don't even know if it's possible to ask a bank about previously issued cards that either expired or were cancelled and each card details, so I think the casino is asking for something impossible. Good luck

I suppose the casino solved it right after she made it public, which is a good thing, I guess, because their excuse made no sense. Always happy to try to help

Probably yes. This would not be the first case when the player used forum posts as leverage. No problem though whatever works is worth trying!

Be well! ✨🙌
