The key point here is the difference between a withdrawal being marked as "successful" in the casino account and the money actually reaching your Revolut account.
From what you described, you have done the right thing by keeping the withdrawal IDs, the RRN references, Revolut’s written response, the original PDF statement, and the correspondence with 20Bet. If Revolut cannot locate the payments using the RRN references, then an ARN or an official payment/processor confirmation showing exactly where the funds were sent would be very important.
Since you also mentioned that legal proceedings have already been initiated, we can’t give legal advice here, but please keep all sensitive documents and bank/court records out of the public forum.
If you would like Casino Guru to look into the casino side of the matter as well, and you have not submitted an official complaint with us yet, you can do so and attach the relevant documentation there. Just make sure to clearly mention that judicial proceedings have already been started, as this may affect what our complaint team can do from our side.
