Hi,I won a lot of money from a casino,I played a lot and I also won and lose a lot more.Now i stabilise my self in a big amount and they are telling me that they will not pay me according to my level that I also played a lot of money to climb there


tThey are saying that they will give me only €3000 per month and not according to my level that is "personal "


I think is not fair at all from there side plus that I waited almost a month since the first withdrawal request…Shall I fill a complaint?


They are saying also that the numbers next to the levels are "potential " and not actual .


is a very well and respected casino and I don’t want to make them problems but I think something is very wrong from there side.


Have in mind that the winnings and everything was without bonus or something but still it took them a month to make sure that everything was legit


What shall I do? Is it reasonable?

Hello.

It is surely not reasonable from their side to make you wait this long. Also, if the casino states some withdrawal limits, they surely should stick to them.

I would definitely suggest you file a complaint here so our team can intervene and hopefully help.

Could you tell us which casino you experienced it at, please?

i will mention everything in a complaint if you think that is reasonable to .My vip manager said she’s pushing the financial department for a review and eventually increase my limit.She is on it since 20 of august and always the same answer-I will be informed by email and I will be the first to know

Good morning and have a nice day 

As you can see in my account I have €50 000 

With the way of payment that you gave me €3000 per month ,even if I don’t play anymore it will take 17 months to get paid

Also is not motivating me to play under these conditions.I played a lot of money in order to get to level 21 that I thought that it will increase my limits .

Please increase my limits so I will start playing again and I will try my best to increase also my level and the gameplay amount

Emma my vip agent is saying that she’s asking you very long time to do so but still no answer from you guys 

For now I’m at €3000 per month and as you can see I can play sometimes more than 20 k in a game play

I’m waiting for good news from you and I truly believe that you will make a significant difference in my limits
