Withdrawal in review, Account suspended ( SHUFFLE IS A SCAM )

I am a PLATINUM 1 VIP, and i have to share with you my bad experience with shuffle.com

On 01.02.2025 i have made 2 withdrawals requests of $14,492.96 and $18,351.17 and until now i have not received my money.

I am a Level 3 verified VIP, and until now i never had problems on withdrawals request, the always payed me fast!

It is not easy to become Platinum user.

I asked for assistance, and i always receive this (copy paste) answers from Live Support:

" Please allow some time for our KYC compliance team to manually review the documents you have submitted. While we cannot provide an exact estimate for when this process will be completed, we will reach out to you once it is finished or if we require any additional information. "

or

"Unfortunately, we can't provide an ETA as we do not have oversight of the Compliance team's workload. We will reach out to you once review is concluded or if any additional information is required."

or

"As stated, the team is currently reviewing your documents. Once their review has finished your withdraw will be processed."

or

"We will let you know once there is an update."

All the operators, are rude and give no valid explanation !

I also contacted contact them via e-mail but no answer received !

All my bad experience is video recorded, and i am ready to share.

This is the most unprofessional experience ever.

If you win, they will invent everything.

Be aware, read also other peoples experience, I am not the only person in this situation.

I hope shuffle.com is not a SCAM!

TODAY THEY SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT

This is really an inconvenient situation for you, especially if you are at a high level at this casino, for sure. So it is completely understandable to complain about the way they treat you.

Have they explained at least what kind of documents they are checking, though?

You said that you had successful withdrawals before, so they should explain what is going on and that they need to check it now. Right?

Has there been any investigation with the game provider ongoing, perhaps?

Please update us about any news you get from the casino.

I was already verified , with level 3 ( maximum level of KYK ) , they invented that the verification must be manual , and i have made daily withdrawals .

Well, I'd try to calm down first. In this situation, when you have won quite a lot, it may happen that the casino will do a supplementary verification with the player. Sometimes they make an investigaion about the gameplay. Did they mention anything like that to you? When did you make the withdrawal, or how long has this situation been going on?

No big deal) These scammers have already deceived more than one player. But the casino guru will increase their rating again))) What a paradox)))
