May I know whether you have withdrawn from this casino before? Has your account been fully verified? Knowing when exactly the withdrawal request was submitted to the casino also helps.

The situation is this: the documents were verified (just after the casino responded to my Trustpilot review), the balance remained unchanged, and the payment wasn't even processed. There are sites that offer instant transfers, but after 4 days, they still haven't processed anything. I've never withdrawn anything from the site.

Are you saying the documents are approved and there are no issues with the account or payment itself? It could be a (just) delay, I reckon. Of course I understand in an ideal world there would have been none, but well, it happens. 🙁
