Withdrawal canceld because of one reel slot

Hei guys

I recently played on bet amo with welcome bonus. There were a lot of games wich are unable to play with bonus. I wagered many hours and never placed a bet higher than 5€.

However i paid out at least 1200€ in total but my whole winnings got canceled. I asked why because i was sure i did everything right. They told me then i placed bets higher than 5€. I asked for betting list etc and finaly they told me it was WOLF FANG 1 REEL SLOT. I played a few rounds on that slot but my first bet was like 50 cents till 1€ but it is like a ladder slot. So every step got booked as a bet...

Did you ever experienced something like this? I find it total unfair

No every slot I have played the bet has remained the same it shouldn't go up without you adjusting it. If the slot is a multplyer the value of the win goes up but not the bet. I would ask for proof from them that your bet was over €5

The bet was always 80 cents...

I am so frustrated they canceled my whole win because of this. Makes no sense to me

I would contest the cancellation for the reasons you have stated. Have they sent you proof that you bet over €5 or is it just their word?. If you get no joy from them you can submit a complaint on here and casino Guru will take up your case and see if you can get a positive result. Good luck 🤞

Yeah i tried. But they booked every step on the ladder.

So i bet 80 cents- get higher on the ladder and have 8€ they say the bet is 8€.

Its so stupid 😕 never experienced somthing like this

Voiding winnings due to one over-bet is truly not fair. Allow me to quote from Casino Guru Fair Gambling Codex:

"The max bet rule is, in fact, an industry standard, just as the fact that a casino has the right to seize the player's winnings from bonus play after breaking this rule. We prefer not to go against industry standards by penalizing casinos that use the maximum bet rule against players from time to time.

On the other hand, we think that this rule should be enforced at software level, i.e., that the casino's software or website shouldn't let players place higher bets than the limit. This is one of our requirements for 'fair and safe casinos'.

If software enforcement is not possible, each case should be judged separately, so that only players who have broken the rule knowingly and systematically to gain an advantage are punished.

Additionally, the max bet sizes should be clearly displayed, ideally in the casino lobby or directly in the games (if possible) or on a prominent part of the page or advertisement informing them about the bonus, and not just "hidden" in the rules for bonus play. It is a common practice to only list the max bet in Bonus T&Cs, but we appreciate when casinos make them more visible and easier to follow."

Because I'm quite sure this is more like a hidden predatory rule or a stupid excuse, depending on the personality 😀.

Like i said i played it on 80 cents. The bet never changed. It was always the same. But they booked it with the "bank amount" . I am so annoyed. This is like really unfair isnt it?😐

From my point of view, it's clearly not fair either. It's good that you've started a complaint and we'll see where we get with it. Evidence is certainly great material to prove and defend what you are saying, so keep it because it could be useful. 

Anyway, I'm really curious how the casino will handle this case and I'll be waiting for any updates you have. So if you hear anything new, don't hesitate to let me know.
