So, have you sent them this screenshot where your deposits are visible?

Do you have any remaining balance at your account now that you'd like to withdraw? If so, perhaps our complaint team could help you out.

When you say you deposited the money, did you wagered it already, though?

If I'm not mistaken, you have to wager it first and then you can withdraw it. Right? It should be written in the terms, for sure.
